The posting of the ENFIA 2020 statements in the TAXISNET system was completed on Saturday 26-09-2020.

Property owners will pay ENFIA 2020 this year in six equal monthly installments.

This year, taxpayers can repay the first two monthly installments (September and October) until October 30 without additional charges, while the last installment of ENFIA must have been repaid by February 26, 2021.

ENFIA 2020 statistics from AADE:
The total amount to be paid this year by natural and legal persons, property owners in Greece, amounts to 2.558 billion euros. [2.538 billion in 2019, 3.093 billion in 2018]

A total of 7,290,430 liquidations were issued. [7,224,308 to natural persons, 66,122 to legal persons]
The total tax of ENFIA 2020 amounts to 2,558,063,124 euros.
1,284,890 property owners were partially or completely exempted from paying ENFIA tax based on property or income criteria.
3,394 property owners were exempted from paying ENFIA tax because they live on small and remote islands.
From Friday, September 25, 2020, permanent credits are made for all kinds of discounts and refunds that the taxpayers were entitled to and have not received until today.

* The amount that many property owners will be required to pay will eventually be less than what is stated in the statement.

Among the credits to ENFIA are those entitled to those property owners who suffered a reduction in rents received during the months in which the 40% reduction in rents was due due to "COVID -19."

For "COVID-19" declarations, the owners are entitled to a tax deduction to reduce the income they have suffered. The amount of the tax credit amounts to 30% of the 40% of the rent that has not been paid or otherwise to 12% of the rent.
